larger than 12 players, we also offer US$10.00 off each person's
green fees. Please note if tee times are reserved for 13 players,
and only 10 actually played, this discount would not apply.
Restaurant
Services
From
8:00am to 6:00pm our service cart provides beverages and snacks
to golfers on the course. At your request, we can provide a choice
of boxed lunches during your event, or we can host a cookout, or
even a sit-down meal after the event.
Tournaments
Have
you considered making your golf outing a tournament? At SafeHaven
we can organize your game for you, whether it is a scrambles match,
better-ball match or stableford match. We will organize your regular
or shotgun start, and arrange for the preparation of trophies and
awards for achievements such as 'closest to the pin,' 'longest drive,'
'shortest drive,' 'longest put,' etc.
Cancellation
policy
Large
groups can significantly affect the normal flow of players in a
day. Sometimes, these groups can virtually close the course to the
public for an entire day. For this reason, it is absolutely essential
that groups abide by our cancellation rules.
Our cancellation
policy applies to any group larger than eight players. Reservations
must be submitted in writing by mail or fax and a 20% deposit, payable
by (1) credit card, (2) check drawn on a Cayman Islands bank, or
(3) certified check drawn on a United States bank, shall be taken
with the reservation. The deposit is deducted from the total fee
on the day when payment shall be made in full. Should you need to
cancel all reservations, we require written notice to be received
no later than three days prior to the reservation date. The deposit
shall be refunded at this time. In the event of cancellation with
less than three days notice, the deposit shall be forfeited and
not refunded. Should the number of players be less than the original
reservation, with less than three days notification, then the cost
of green fees and carts will be charged for the excess of reservations
over actual players.

years there has been a significant increase in cruise ship passengers
who want to play the Links while visiting in Cayman. In response
to this demand, we have put agreements in place with several the
cruise lines that stop in the Cayman Islands, whereby the cruise
line (or golfing organization thereon) offers golf at the Links
as a regular excursion. For your convenience, we have listed these
