Purchasing
Guidelines
Purchasers
are asked to follow construction guidelines in building homes in
SafeHaven. Among these guidelines:
A.
Purchasers must agree to build only a private single-family residence
with attached, or detached garage or carport of similar design for
use with it on the canal lots and ensure that:
- The
plans, elevations, specifications and outward appearance of the
building and all structures erected on the land (including walls,
fences or boundary divisions, and all external colour schemes)
are first approved by SafeHaven.
- The
building has a total floor area of no less than 2,700 sq. ft.
- No
addition or changes will be made to the exterior of any building
or structure for the time being on the property (including change
in colour scheme) unless first approved by SafeHaven
- The
house is built facing the estate road fronting the property
- All
construction work is started no later than 18 months and is completed
not later than thirty months from date of lease signing.
B.
Any approval required of SafeHaven Ltd. during negotiations will
not be unreasonably withheld or delayed and will be deemed to have
been granted in respect of any application for approval at the end
of 60 days, unless otherwise notified by SafeHaven Ltd. within that
period. SafeHaven will not be liable to the purchaser in respect
of any approval given to any other purchaser of any other part of
the SafeHaven property.
C.
Purchasers must obtain Government planning approval for the building
development.
